Kim was co-founder, officer, board member and former President of TalentTrack, LLC. In August 2007 TalentTrack was acquired by Adecco and was recognized as one of the top RPO firms in the country. Kim’s thirty (30) year career of talent management experience span from Inc 500 to Fortune 500 corporations. Kim’s prior roles have included senior executive positions with Spherion: Vice President TalentAnswer (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and Vice President Strategic Accounts (National Sales; $750 million of large account business) as well as Director Human Resources with United Technologies. Kim is a recognized thought leader on Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and a pioneer to this new business segment. He is a recognized RPO speaker and has led numerous Webinar training events. Kim has co-authored articles (i.e., “Removing Reservations about Outsourcing the Healthcare Recruiting Process” and “RPO The Prescription for Healthcare’s Staffing and Talent Aches and Pains”) and white papers (i.e., Seven Fatal Practices, Why RPO Sometimes Fails and What Makes It Successful). Kim also serves on the Executive Board for ERC – Northeast Ohio and the RPO Alliance Board which is part of the HRO Association. He has developed strong RPO relationships with Morgan Stanley, HSBC, Baker Hughes, Vestas, Owens-Illinois, Allison Transmission, Avis, Save-A-Lot, DHL, Corporate Executive Board, and many more.
In 2006, Kim and TalentTrack were recognized for performance. They received the 2006 E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year award. Kim earned his BS in Business Management from Northern Illinois University and his MBA from Western Illinois University. He is both a Certified Personnel Consultant and a Certified Career Management Practitioner.
