Kimbertly’s professional career spans over 30 years across multiple work-sectors (Military, Corporate, Entrepreneurial, and Federal) he has amassed a broad wealth of experiences consisting of, human capital, workforce and career development, human resources, business analytics, policy, training & development, operational and program management. Currently, he serves as Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Within his primary role, he performs research, qualitative and quantitative data analysis for implementing enterprise-wide workforce planning, evaluation and development programs.
Prior to joining CDC, Kimbertly held multiple executive and senior leadership roles as President and Chief Executive Officer of Double Eagle Enterprises, Director, of Training and Workforce Development, Culpepper and Associates Security Services, Operations Management, FedEx Express and Communications and Logistical Management, United States Air Force. Throughout his career, he has been an innovator of developing systems, tools, methodologies and best practices designed to allow organizational leaders to make informed decisions with hiring the right people; at the right place and at the right time.
Kimbertly is a 2015 President Management Council Fellow, sponsored by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Federal Executive Board (FEB) and holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He was certified as a Strategic Workforce Planner from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), June, 2012.
