Kristen Leverone is the a Senior Vice President and Global Talent Development Practice Leader for Lee Hecht Harrison’s Career Development Practice. She is a business management professional with over fifteen years of experience in career development, change management, and project management. In her current role, she leads strategic client engagements, develops new products and services, and provides thought leadership in the areas of career development and change management. Additionally, she consults with clients on the talent development process and creates and implements solutions to help organizations develop, engage, retain and redeploy their workforce to drive business results.
Most recently, Kristen has overseen a variety of career development and change management initiatives at LHH. She led the design and launch of LHH’s DevelopMe™ and ChangeMap™ solutions, designed to provide managers and employees with the frameworks, training and tools to lead, develop, engage and retain talent. Kristen holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
