Laura has held various Training, Organizational Development and Change Management positions over the last 21 years.
Currently Laura is the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at SiteOne Landscape Supply. She is focused on developing simple and intuitive performance management processes and tools, building effective training and development approaches and creating succession programs that will provide all associates with skill improvement and personal development opportunities. This is to ensure they have identified and developed the appropriate talent to achieve business objectives.
Laura’s prior role was at NewellRubbermaid where she spent 6 years in various Learning and Talent Development, Change Management and Performance Development roles. Prior to joining NewellRubbermaid, Laura held various Training, Organizational Development and Change Management positions with ExecuTrain, Propex and SAP America.
Laura holds a BA from the University of Southern California and obtained her Post Baccalaureate Teaching Certificate from Arizona State.
