Laura Trozzi is an independent Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) and Emotional Intelligence (EQi) Coach and Leadership Development Consultant. She has spent her career supporting both individual and team development to improve their performance and effectiveness through coaching and personal development.
Laura has over 12 years of experience working with business leaders, executives, and managers in performance management, leadership development, team development, talent management, and coaching.
Laura is currently a Senior Talent Management Specialist at Kleinfelder where she is responsible for researching, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs and processes for all employees. As a HR strategic business partner and member of the talent management team, she also champions the performance management process, works as an internal coach, develops leaders and teams to align with organizational needs, delivers training, and assesses the impact to the organization.
Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She holds certifications in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQi), FiroB, Thomas-Kilman Conflict Instrument, DISC, and Instructional Systems Design. She is active in the MBTI® Type community, having served in multiple board positions and is currently President of SANDAPT, a non-profit organization to further the use of psychological type. She is also a member of the American Society for Training & Development and has served as part of the local mentoring program.
