Laurie Bravo has over 20 years of experience designing and implementing innovative solutions to Human Capital challenges. She currently leads Performance Management at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she liberated the firm from its traditional competency-based assessment process to a ratings-free process that encourages real-time feedback and continuous development. She also helped clients such as the Department of Homeland Security, the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Education drive innovation in all phases of the Human Capital (HC) lifecycle, including HC strategy and action planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, competency models, workforce planning, training and development, retention, labor and employee relations and outsourcing. Prior to that, she was Manager of Organizational Development for M.C. Dean, Inc. and a Project Manager for The Harwood Group.
