Lisa has been in the Employer Brand/Recruitment Marketing space for 10 years. Prior to being in Employer Branding, Lisa spent 15 years of marketing experience in the financial service industry, she’s held roles at American Express, NatWest Bank, M & T Bank, and Bancorp Bank as a Vice President and Strategic Marketing Head. Her experience covers consumer direct marketing, ethnic marketing, and brand awareness. She’s been Ericsson’s Sr. Director and Global Head of Employer Branding and Diversity Talent Acquisition across Social and Digital Careers Channels for 3 years. Lisa is a Universum Advisory Board and Direct Marketing Association member. She received her World Class Employer Branding certification and placed on the Black Enterprise Top Execs in Corporate Diversity List in 2016. Lisa is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. She is a frequent guest speaker on Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Social Advocacy, and Diversity Branding at various professional and HR conferences. She is the recipient of the YMCA Adult Achiever Award and the Trailblazer Award from the National Association of Business Women, and proud of her team’s Employer Brand awards and recognitions. Lisa is a graduate of Springfield College, and has a Masters from the graduate School of Retail Bank Marketing and MBA from Temple University. Lisa enjoys using her marketing and skill set in the exciting ICT industry.
