Her work spans a broad range of business sectors and cultures with focus in leadership capability development, succession strategies and change. In her current role, she leads the talent management center of expertise for Johnson Controls, Inc. - a global diversified company in the building and automotive industry. Prior to her current role, Lisa progressed through a variety of human resources and talent development positions in life sciences / healthcare at Novartis and consumer products at Mars, Inc. Her career leadership journey has included two moves outside of the human resources function. She has lived and worked in several locations across the United States and Europe. Lisa holds a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from The American University.
