Lori Emerick is currently a Global Director of Leadership & Management Development at Nike, Inc. In her current role, she has responsibility for creating a global portfolio of development experiences for leaders at all levels of the company, from self leader to enterprise leader.
Since joining Nike, Inc. in 2004, she has held many functional roles across the HR organization.
Emerick brings more than 20+ years of broad Human Resources/Organizational Development to her current role. Her previous experience includes process engineering in aerospace, leadership development in healthcare and city government, as well as high tech.
Lori graduated from Carroll College in Montana and holds a MBA with a focus in HR from Seattle Pacific University. She is actively engaged in Nike’s School Innovation Fund, which drives innovation in education across the Portland metropolitan area school districts.
