As a Recognition Strategist and Analyst with Globoforce, Lynette is instrumental in building thought leadership around social recognition for companies across the globe. In her role, she leads in-depth industry and influencer research and analysis to inform customer recognition strategies and communications. She also regularly leads workshops on the power of thanks through social recognition and creates custom communications and training materials to manage organizational change and inspire participants. Lynette holds a B.S. and M.S in History Education from Boston University. Raised in West Texas, she lives outside Boston, Massachusetts with her husband.
