Mark Rhein is Director, Learning and Development at Perkins+Will, the global architecture and design firm. Since joining the firm in 2015, Mark has designed and implemented a strategy to positively change the culture of the firm through an integrated platform of organizational development initiatives, talent and leadership development approaches, and consultation to senior leadership teams on behaviors, communication and strategy.
Mark’s career has spanned 20+ years in HR and L+D roles at Spencer Stuart, Abbott, Deloitte and Sprint. Mark studied Architecture at the University of Kansas and received a degree in Environmental Design from the University of Missouri. He has written several blog posts on leadership culture and presented at learning conferences.
