Maude DiVittis currently serves as the Vice President of Global People and Organizational Development at Coach, International. In her global role, she serves as the internal expert on People Development strategies by designing and implementing initiatives to support Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Workplace Learning and Organizational Development capability.
Prior to joining Coach, Inc., Maude DiVittis was the founder of Exec OnBoard LLC; an organization that successfully supports accelerated workplace performance during transitions with a focus on executive onboarding.
Prior to founding Exec OnBoard LLC, Maude served in key Learning and Development positions from 1995-2007 at MTV Networks, a division of Viacom. As Senior Vice President, Learning & Organizational Development at MTV Networks, from 2002 to 2007, she had oversight for all training, education, performance management, career development and organizational development for the corporation.
Maude served on the ASTD National Board of Directors from 2002-2005. She has been recognized nationally as a leader in the field of training and organizational development.
Maude earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University of Ohio. She was a scholarship athlete and recognized student-leader. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University, where she graduated in the top of her class and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honorary.
Maude completed and defended her doctoral research at Columbia University, Teachers College. Her dissertation was focused on the value of coaching support for senior leadership during Onboarding. Dr. DiVittis now serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia University.
