As Vice President Human Resources of North American Operations, Moon Passino oversees the North Central territory of the US for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car. In the North Central territory the three brands operate a total network of more than 1,100 car rental locations in neighborhoods and at airports. The Enterprise, National and Alamo brands also own and operate the largest fleet of passenger vehicles in the world today – more than 1.7 million cars and trucks.
Moon began his career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 1993 as a Management Trainee at one of the company’s rental offices in upstate New York. He was later promoted and moved into Human Resources. Moon relocated with Enterprise three times and has worked in Human Resources in New York, California and New Jersey prior to his current role in St. Louis.
Moon is primarily engaged in supporting field operations on a daily basis to ensure their HR systems are effective, efficient and properly aligned with operational initiatives. Additionally, he is involved in a number of corporate initiatives including The Employee Opinion Survey, Worker’s Compensation Return To Work program, talent attraction, talent development, and increasing employee satisfaction and retention.
Moon graduated from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications and English Writing. He resides in St. Louis with his wife, Aimee and their three children.
