Nicole Hopkins

Director, People, Dollar Shave Club

Serving as Dollar Shave Club’s strategic business partner, Nicole ensures that employees and people managers have guidance, development and experiences that maintain DSC’s reputation as an amazing place to work.   

Prior to joining DSC, Nicole held the position of HR Business Partner at TBWA\Chiat\Day, where she and her team focused on attracting, nurturing and developing creative talent responsible for advertising strategy  and creative content for some of the world’s most iconic brands.  Nicole spent much of her early career working abroad in Sydney, Australia for Hilton Hotels.  She provided HR guidance within the Sydney property and completed a secondment for the opening of Hilton, Surfers Paradise.

Nicole holds a degree in Business from the International College of Management, Sydney and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.  

In her free time, she enjoys taking on renovation and interior design projects, painting, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband Charlie and daughter Madeline.
