Rob’s expertise involves plan design, pricing, funding arrangements, and administration of programs. With previous experience at Aon Hewitt and Morneau Shepell, his accountabilities have included financial management of programs, risk assessment and mitigation, collective bargaining support, and disability management. He has worked with a variety of financial arrangements, unionized environments, complex plan designs and provided group benefits consulting to clients in a number of industries, including a diverse group of public sector organizations and private firms.
