Roopesh Nair is President and CEO of Symphony Talent where he leads a global team charged with the delivery of talent acquisition solutions that provide end-to-end experiences for candidates, employers and employees. Roopesh has proven experience leading the strategy, design and execution across multiple vendor partners and cross-functional teams and leverages an extensive background in driving omni-channel digital transformations in the retail, healthcare, manufacturing and financial services industries.
He has helped leading companies such as Aldo, AT&T, Belk, JCPenney, Sony, Western Union and others embrace the latest digital marketing technologies to elevate their brands. Roopesh previously held executive-level positions at SapientNitro, where he honed his leadership experience across the areas of account management, strategy, creative, technology, distributed delivery and sales.
Roopesh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in general management from Columbia Business School and Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley as part of the joint Berkeley Columbia Executive MBA program.
