Sandi Pocharski is a Partner and the leader of Monitor’s global Leadership & Organization practice. Sandi’s work with clients over the past 22 years has centered on corporate and business unit strategies as well as organization and process redesign, capability development, and change management. She has designed and facilitated major strategy, marketing , and leadership excellence programs with over a dozen Fortune 500 clients and has accumulated significant experience in the life sciences, consumer products, and financial services sectors. Sandi earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from Stanford University where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She graduated from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth with Highest Distinction.
