Saul Carliner is an Associate Professor and Provost's Fellow for Digital Learning at Concordia University in Montreal. Also an industry consultant, he has provided strategic advice and workshops for organizations like Allltel, Boston Scientific, Bronx Zoo, IBM, Lowe's, ST Microelectronics, Microsoft, Turkish Management Centre, and several government agencies. Among his 200 publications are the award-winning book Informal Learning Basics and the best-selling Training Design Basics (now in its second edition).
