Dr. Theodora Fitzsimmons is a Leadership and Professional Development expert in the federal government with over 30 years’ experience in training and education in the public and private sector. She started her career in higher education administration and teaching. She transferred her skills to corporate training and moved up the ranks quickly to project management and leadership. After working as a government contractor for several years she jumped into federal service, where she has spearheaded a number of initiatives and led amazing teams. In her coaching practice, she works with individuals and groups undergoing transition. She is passionate about providing support to emerging leaders in government through coaching because she believes in the next 5-8 years, these leaders will be confronted with unprecedented challenges that can't even imagined today.
