Veronica S. Harvey is a Partner with Aon Hewitt’s Talent Practice.  For over 20 years Dr. Harvey has been at the forefront of developing leaders and creating effective work practices. She is passionate about building safe, healthy, purpose-driven workplaces.

Her journey has included starting and managing a corporate leadership development function, conducting hundreds of leadership assessments, developing and delivering leadership training, serving as a leadership coach, and designing integrated leadership development programs for a number of highly respected organizations.  She has also done extensive work in hourly selection and assessment, competency modeling, performance management and organizational effectiveness.

Dr. Harvey has had the privilege of interviewing contenders for Aon Hewitt's Top Companies for Leaders Research, published in Fortune Magazine.  She has also served a diverse range of leading organizations including Advanced Technology Services, BNSF Railway, Caterpillar,  Dell Computer, Delta Air Lines, Dresser-Rand, Ecolab, Empire Electric, ExxonMobil, FedEx, Frito-Lay, Johns Hopkins, Occidental Petroleum, Payless Shoe Source, Reinsurance Group of America, Retail Ventures, Southern California Edison, The FBI, The Home Depot, The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Toyota, Union Pacific Railroad, United Airlines and many others.

Dr. Harvey received a Doctorate in Industrial Organization Psychology, a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, all from Iowa State University.  She was honored for her academic achievements and received an Excellence in Research award.  Dr. Harvey is professionally active, has held board positions for multiple associations and is regularly invited to speak at conferences. Dr. Harvey has been published in journals such as HRMagazine, Personnel Psychology and the Journal of Applied Psychology
