Wendy has worked to create, develop and execute innovative strategies for core talent management programs that drive strategic business goals.  She developed a high performing Talent Management team who has built a strong level of credibility and influence as strategic business partners to their clients.  Wendy and her team were recently recognized with two prestigious Randstad Global HR awards for their contribution to high levels of employee engagement.

Wendy’s progressive - and unconventional - approach to employee engagement has also recently been featured in the Wall Street Journal and Society for Human Resource Management, based on her leading edge thinking and unique perspective on the changing world of HR.

Wendy’s proudest accomplishment is being a mother to her three beautiful children.  She loves spending time with her family in her native country of Jamaica; she attributes her success, work ethic, business acumen, strategic leadership, and ability to connect with others to her parents and three brothers – her role models.
