She developed a high performing Talent Management team who has built a strong level of credibility and influence as strategic business partners to their clients. Wendy and her team were recently recognized with two prestigious Randstad Global HR awards for their contribution to high levels of employee engagement.

She is passionate about, and deeply committed to, building long-term, collaborative relationships across an organization, as well as in the public forum.
Wendy’s proudest accomplishment is being a mother to her three beautiful children. She loves spending time with her family in her native country of Jamaica; she attributes her success, work ethic, business acumen, strategic leadership, and ability to connect with others to her parents and three brothers – her role models.
