With a high-demand for support coming in from our global affiliates, the US-based Talent Management team at Novo Nordisk Inc. needed to find an easier way to connect, collaborate and share training and development resources, better practices, and expertise across the company.
In this session, Novo Nordisk Inc. will share their story about how they established a support framework and then leveraged social means to help build a cohesive global training community. The model has enabled NNI not only to maximize the company’s investment made in training in the US, but has allowed better practices, standards and knowledge to be shared broadly.
