What is the Ideal Employee Experience?


Employee engagement is now established as a critical workforce measure, but what’s next? Using survey research from more than 23,000 workers in 45 countries and territories, IBM has researched and validated a new measure of a positive employee experience. The Employee Experience Index has five dimensions; belonging, purpose, achievement, happiness and vigor.
In this presentation, Jay Dorio, PhD explores the ideal employee experience at work, what organizations can do to improve employee experience and how higher employee experience has been associated with better performance, more discretionary effort and lower intentions to leave.
