I have over 16 years of HR/Safety experience in versatile industries and locations. I have a B.A. in Social Sciences from Colorado State University and presently hold the following certifications: PHR, SHRM-CP, sHRBP.
I started in HR in 1999, at a small union run dairy production facility in Downey, CA. Since that time, I have worked in biopharmaceuticals, services, food production and call centers in public fortune 500 companies and privately held companies as well.
