Cynthia Cancio is WilsonHCG's vice president of engagement. She leads and coordinates the global engagement initiatives of WilsonHCG by overseeing and managing the recruitment of new talent, and by building the internal talent management strategy. She heads up the performance management and development plans while building and maintaining a culture of feedback, fairness and transparency. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and subject matter expert in the candidate experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the executive leadership team. Cynthia has been featured in The Tampa Tribune and #bealeader, among others. She is a graduate of the University of Tampa.
