Danielle Lea Dietrich

Director, Talent Management, Baxter Healthcare

Danielle Dietrich is a Director of Talent Management at Baxter International Inc. She is the global Talent Management owner of the organizational talent review, succession planning, performance management process and the Oracle Taleo system.  Since joining Baxter in February of 2013, Danielle has led various talent management and change management initiatives, including the successful implementation of Baxter’s global HR system and process transformation and upgrade for Oracle9.1 and Taleo, the redesign of a global web-enabled mentoring program, the design and implementation of a new approach to performance management including the removal of performance ratings and building a culture of continuous feedback, and refreshed and expanded approach to the Talent Review and Planning process.
Prior to joining Baxter, Danielle worked at W.W. Grainger and CDW focused on key initiatives in the areas of organizational design, change management, mentoring, talent review and succession planning, hi-potential leadership development, and engagement.  Danielle was also a consultant with Deloitte following graduate school, where she partnered with clients in the areas of change management and training.

Danielle earned both her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication Education and Master of Arts degree in Communication with a concentrated focus on Organizational Communication and Change Management from Illinois State University.
