It’s there, that Gerry has led many initiatives including the development of the company policies and handbooks, management and leadership training, new hire orientation, department operations & skills training, and customer service training; which has helped M Resort Spa and Casino to earn and maintain many best in class accolades. To name a few, Travelocity Five Star, the Forbes Travel Guide Four Star Award, as well as the AAA Four Diamond. Among these great outcomes, Gerry is also proud of their leadership team’s ability to maintain a turnover rate half that of the industry standard. When he’s not at work, thinking of ways to maintain their outstanding results, Gerry enjoys catching a concert with his wife and kids.
