Jen is the Enterprise Learning & Development Manager at Grange Insurance where she leads a professional staff with responsibility for leadership development, associate development, e-learning, high potential programs, job shadowing, career exploration, and supporting change management initiatives. She is an accomplished HR professional with more than 15 years of experience in learning & development, change management, performance management, associate engagement, recognition, recruiting, and benefits.
Throughout her career, Jen has worked for a variety of organizations such as Safelite AutoGlass, NetJets, and Robert Half. In her previous role, she led the implementation of the first companywide e-learning program for over 1,000 leaders and 9,000 individual contributors, while aligning the course content with the company's core competencies and strategic initiatives. Due to reaching a high adoption rate amongst leaders, she was asked to present at the Skillsoft Perspectives conference in 2012.
Jen has extensive experience in co-developing the learning strategy with business leaders based upon specific outcomes they are trying to achieve as well as crafting a holistic development experience that is inclusive of learning. She has a passion around building a culture of learning, coaching, candor, diversity, and engagement where associates can navigate the waters of change while striving to become a high performing company.
