Karen Tate has more than 15 years of experience in developing and implementing strategic solutions in the areas of organizational development, change management, leadership development, and talent management. At Quintiles, Karen leads and executes the global organizational development strategy to foster a culture of high performance, meet operational needs, and drive annual revenue growth. She also drives global change management initiatives to support business transformation, reinforcing the cultural values of performance accountability and cultural adaptability.
Prior to Quintiles, Karen worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina and Accenture, where she led large scale business transformational initiatives. She holds a MS in Organizational Behavior and MBA in Computer Information Systems from the J. Mack Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University. She is a certified Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Green Belt and is certified in several training programs and assessments including DDI, Hay Group, CCL, and Linkage Learning Systems.
