Karin Wagner joined the Talent Acquisition team at UnitedHealth Group in 2008. She recently took over the UnitedHealth Group Talent Automation and Machine Intelligence and Transformation effort. Prior to this role, Karin led the High Volume Recruitment and Talent Intelligence functions delivering over 20,000 hires a year. She has an MBA from Indiana University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Karin is passionate about talent impacting business results and intensely focuses on effective talent processes that drive excellence in both outcomes and experience.
