Larry Decuir is currently the Talent Management and Development Leader for Ernst & Young’s Assurance practice in the Americas. Larry joined EY in 2005 and has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field. His areas of specialization include talent management and development, organizational development and change, career and leadership development, employee engagement, and team and individual coaching. Prior to joining EY, he held various leadership roles in the banking, outsourcing, professional services, retail and hospitality industries.
Larry has been recognized in the Atlanta business community for his support and advocacy of the advancement of women executives, contributions to the professional coaching profession and community service. Larry currently serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta and AWARE (Atlanta Wild Animal Rescue Effort). His writing on leadership and organizational development topics has been featured in various business and human resources publications and websites.
He and his wife, Cathy, live in Lilburn, Georgia, and they have two sons: Austin, a student in the Warnell School at the University of Georgia; and Spencer, a high school sophomore. He enjoys family time, historical reading, providing ad hoc career coaching, strength conditioning, and travel and is actively involved in his church.
