Lisa Jackson is an Executive Strategy Director in the frog Seattle studio. She has extensive experience in business design and product development. Her initial six years of management consulting focused on go-to-market planning, business case development, brand management, and retail merchandising. Prior to joining frog, Lisa worked in consumer electronic innovation at HP and Philips. In both roles she worked to ensure product design and strategic roadmaps reflected consumer insights.
During her five years at frog, Lisa has worked to provide strategic and design research insights to clients facing consumer experience challenges in retail, consumer electronics, and mobile telco. She has led strategy efforts for clients at LG, Shell, Honeywell, Best Buy, UBS, HP, and Telstra.
Lisa received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management where she focused on new product development.
