Mike, a Senior Vice President, Strategy & Client Services, is responsible for driving company growth and measurable value for clients by enabling our account teams to develop and deliver omni-channel employer brand strategy, marketing, creative, and technology services that uniquely connect client organizations to talent. Mike joined Symphony Talent over 12 years ago as an Account Manager and brings over 15 years of recruitment marketing experience. His responsibility is to drive the overall strategy, concept, and execution with clients and the Symphony Talent Account Teams, using his vast account experience to identify innovative solutions to client challenges. Mike has contributed to many agency/client firsts, and client strategy, getting into the weeds with specific client challenges and creative problem solving, continues to be his passion. Mike holds a BA in Communication with emphasis in Advertising from the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication at Washington State University.
