Patrick Reuss, Manager, Recruitment & Staffing - Americas, works for SABIC, a global manufacturer of chemicals, fertilizers, plastics and metals operating in more than 40 countries, with 40,000 employees around the world. SABIC, which ranks 88th on the 2012 Fortune 1000 list, provides innovative material solutions that help our customers change the world for good. Patrick leads the recruitment and staffing function, supporting SABIC's operations in North and South America. Throughout his career, Patrick has held Talent Acquisition leadership positions within the semiconductor, software, and professional services industries, most recently with GLOBALFOUNDRIES and Monster Worldwide prior to joining SABIC.
Patrick obtained an MBA from the University at Albany School of Business and BS degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University. He currently serves on the Board of the Pittsfield Economic Development Authority and Berkshire County Regional Employment Board in western Massachusetts and is a volunteer for Berkshire Elder Services and the St. Anne Institute in Albany, NY.
