Sean currently manages and directs the talent acquisition and talent development function for SBA Communications Corporation; a Global Leader in the Telecommunications space; he continues to develop and execute strategies that align with current social and mobile trends, while maintaining a classic approach to the talent acquisition function as well as implement strategies and programs that support the learning and development of all SBA’s employees.
