Sjoerd is a talent acquisition leader, specializing in creating relationship-centric sourcing strategies with an exceptional track record of delivering results. Currently he is the Global Head of Sourcing at Accenture, the world’s leading organization in Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing.
Sjoerd was also the key architect of Accenture’s award winning Employee Referral Program (ERE 2009, 2010 & 2011) – which is the single biggest source for Accenture’s new talent. He is a regular speaker on talent acquisition and innovative sourcing strategies and part of Accenture’s Leadership program.
As part of Accenture’s Marketing Team he was responsible for all employer branding activities for Accenture in the Netherlands. My team of energetic global channel managers is responsible for ensuring a globally consistent, yet locally relevant approach to sourcing, which will enable Accenture to hire the world’s best and brightest – this year approximately 60,000!
