Stacey brings 15+ years of leadership development and organizational learning experience in the technology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. In process of completing her PhD in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, and holding a Masters in Clinical Social Work, Stacey possesses a unique combination of practical business experience and management consulting skill with an academician’s domain knowledge and expertise.
Stacey has held past leadership roles in talent development at Roche Pharmaceuticals and VMware, and is currently the Head of Global Talent Development at Intuitive Surgical, the pioneering medical device company that has made robotic assisted surgery a reality. In this position, she works internally as an organizational design expert, architect of leadership programs and talent practices, and an organizational strategist.
Prior to her corporate work, Stacey was a management consultant partnering with academic institutions, non-profit organizations, and large healthcare management companies on a range of OD initiatives, including compensation design, competency development, survey design and assessment.
Stacey is a professional member of the Society of Industrial / Organizational Psychologists (SIOP) and has worked as an advisory board member at Stanford University in the business school and UC Berkeley as a corporate partner for their Executive Education Programs.
