2:35pm-3:10pm AI for an Inclusive Future of Work

General Session

As the world of work continues evolving, inclusion is becoming a ubiquitous factor that must be a part of the workplace, worker, and work experience itself. While several use cases have revealed where automation and AI have gone wrong, especially in terms of bias and discrimination, we will examine where AI can be applied to do right. From the potential to provide enhanced data insights into diversity hiring, skills mapping for the diverse workforce, personalized experiences from hire to retire, to opportunities to turn AI into a bias detector and mitigator, AI can become a tool to augment human efforts towards the good of diversity, equity, and inclusion. In this session we will highlight current and potential uses cases to explore this dichotomy.
