Kate Palmer currently serves as the leader of a team focused on intelligent automation and new technology within Mayo Clinic HR. With 20 years of Human Resource experience she has watched the transformation of service and technology within the industry from the inside. 

Kate is a self-proclaimed HR Tech geek and is consistently identifying and monitoring emerging technologies that have the potential to enhance HR service excellence. She has been a member of multiple product advisory boards at international HCM tech companies. Kate has a Bachelor Degree from Aquinas College.
