Adrienne Lo leads Grainger’s Talent Analytics team, with emphasis on building infrastructure and organization capability. She has ten years of experience in people analytics and workforce planning. Getting started in this space as a consultant, she built foundational capabilities including human capital dashboards and engagement surveys for clients. From there, she joined the HR organizations of leading companies in the biopharmaceutical and defense industries to advance people analytics capabilities, develop operating models with stakeholders, and introduce strategic workforce planning for critical roles before joining Grainger. Adrienne strongly believes in the power of people analytics to enable effective decision-making and business alignment.
