Amanda Reid is the Global Diversity Program Manager – Talent Acquisition for Cummins. Prior to her work at Cummins she served as the Global Diversity Consultant for Global Mining at Caterpillar, and in multiple leadership roles within the Women’s Initiatives Network. She is a Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology member and Gallup StrengthsFinder Certified Coach. She has served as global consultant on the topic of Diversity and Inclusion as well as Keynote Speaker for the 2019 HCI Inclusive Diversity Conference.
