Anita Countryman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is Vice President of Member Experience at the Rock Valley Credit Union and has over 25 year’s experience leading teams and change initiatives in finance and healthcare. In her current role, she is responsible for branch operations and key result areas impacting the success of the vision, mission and strategic plan.  Anita is a highly strategic and influential member of the executive team at RVCU, which is a progressive and growth orientated organization. She works closely with the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. The core of her experience is serving people and helping them adapt in times of uncertainty. These skills have been demonstrated via mergers and acquisitions, organizational upheaval and global pandemics.  At RVCU she is leading the branch operations teams through a time of high tech / high touch strategic initiates. Anita is a highly skilled change agent and trained in the CQ® System for developing Change Intelligence®, which she has leveraged at RVCU to build change leadership capabilities at all levels, and which has guided the institution’s strategic initiatives and crisis response, positively impacting the outcomes.  Anita holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Judson University.
