With his breadth of experience and expertise, he provides consultative and analytical support in the development of strategic workforce plans through data and analysis. Under his leadership, he’s able to address workforce challenges within the organization and provide HR executives real-time recommendations on workforce trends, forecasts, supplies, and gaps.
