Bryan Shepherd is currently a MBA candidate at Emory’s Goizueta Business School where he’s concentrating on Strategy consulting. He’s spent six years before business school in Executive Search, where he’s led Technology and Life Sciences engagements from both talent acquisiton and organizational design perspectives. He’s completed hundreds of engagements for both enterprise-level and startup clients, developing solutions for talent pipeline and diversity recruitment challenges. Bryan has a passion for helping organizations create opportunities at the intersections of strategy, human capital, technology and growth. This year, he was a part of the second place team in the John Lewis Racial Justice Case Competition, where his team developed a plan for Hewlett-Packard to improve its supplier diversity program. He is currently working with Accenture as a strategic partner to clients driving large-scale business transformation.
