David Blake is Co-founder & CEO of Learn In, a platform that helps companies establish talent academies to steer all the resources needed for building a highly skilled workforce. David is also the Co-founder & CEO of BookClub. Previously he founded Degreed and is currently Executive Chairman.  Prior to Degreed, he helped launch a competency-based, accredited university and was a founding team member of university-admissions startup Zinch, since acquired by Chegg. He is the co-author of the book, The Expertise Economy: How the smartest companies use learning to engage, compete, and succeed. He is a sought-after expert on the topic of the future of work and learning, speaking at companies such as Google, Deloitte, and Salesforce and at conferences globally. 
 
Blake graduated Brigham Young University with a BA in Economics and attended the Hasso Plattner Institute’s EdTech Entrepreneurs’ Lab for Design Thinking.
