David has spent the past decade as a large-scale strategic workforce planning leader, previously at ADP and currently at FIS where, as the Global Head of SWP, he is counted on to help business leaders and other key partners proactively plan for and execute on talent needs required to meet strategic objectives. 

His experience includes building and leading SWP functions, creating future skills readiness strategies and roadmaps, developing workforce and talent plans and forecasts, driving corporate workforce restructures & relocations, operationalizing location strategy, leading the design and deployment of strategic training programs, and strategic initiative program management.
