She holds a doctorate in organizational leadership with an emphasis on change implementation and sustainability. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming. Her experience includes healthcare, higher education, logistics, tourism and management consulting. She is known for her extensive work with Harvard Business Mentor to design customized healthcare leadership coaching and development programs.
