Shieh
Eddie is a professional certified coach who helps minority-identified professionals in tech redesign the way they work, lead and live around authenticity and purpose. Prior to this, Eddie ran trainings and workshops to help teams at startups, e-commerce and financial services companies improve cross-discipline collaboration. And before that, Eddie worked as a User Experience Design consultant helping companies elevate their product design and internal design capabilities. 
As a fresh-faced student and transgender transplant from Baltimore, Maryland over 12 years ago, Eddie got involved in the LGBT community through volunteering at Lyon-Martin Health Services, Project HEALTH, TransTHRIVE, and API Wellness. Currently, Eddie applies his experience coaching leaders, facilitating collaboration and design thinking to help further LYRIC’s mission to empower LGBTQQ youth by serving on their Board of Directors. He is also a member of the UNtraining, a group dedicated to eradicating racism through cultivating radical self love. 
Eddie earned his Master of Fine Arts in Computer Arts and New Media at the Academy of Arts University, San Francisco and his Coaching for Transformation certification through Leadership That Works, Oakland. He also holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation.
