Elora Voyles has previously worked as an Assistant Professor, Independent Organizational Consultant, and People Scientist at a B2B employee engagement company (TINYpulse). Client organizations have ranged from small local businesses to Global Fortune 500 organization. These experiences have developed Elora’s expertise in survey design, data analysis, employee engagement, action planning, and many other topics relevant for Human Resources and Business Leaders. 

Elora Voyles earned a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Northern Illinois University. Beyond her core areas of expertise, Elora Voyles also has strong interest and expertise in employee well-being, work arrangements (in-person, hybrid, remote), leadership, and person perception/stereotypes in personnel decision-making.
