Emily M. Wajert works on employment matters, assisting in the representation of employers in a variety of employment-related claims and disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, whistleblower, restrictive covenants and bonus claims. She also assists clients on compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, in internal investigations, and in the drafting and implementation of employment policies, agreements and training programs. Emily has contributed articles to Bloomberg Law, Law360 and is a frequent co-author of Kramer Levin’s Employment group client alerts. Emily has spoken on a number of topics related to employment law including the gig economy, sexual harassment and discrimination, leaves of absence, and best hiring practices. She received her J.D., cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania Law School.
